and will be NON-NEGOTIABLE Per the City of Petoskey

DEADLINE FOR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS registration:

August 07, 2026.

• If you are selling products, you MUST pay the $100 Registration fee with the City of Petoskey

• non-refundable.

• If you are NOT selling products, participating as an information booth you must still complete

• the vendor application but DO NOT have to pay the $100 fee or have vendors insurance.

• VENDORS responsible for providing own canopy, tables and chairs

• The standard vendor space is 12x12. (more space is available if needed)

• ALL ELECTRIC NEEDS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY THE WATER IS LIFE FESTIVAL

• Please note vendors must provide own electrical needs

• Set up times and registration are as follows 

      Registration and Set up times 10am-1pm
